Our staff survey is not sent out directly to individuals. Instead, staff members can easily access and complete the survey by logging into the Wellbeing de la Vie site.
To encourage participation, we send a quarterly reminder to staff, prompting them to fill out the questionnaire.
We keep the number of reminders limited to avoid overwhelming staff with too many notifications, which helps ensure they continue receiving our monthly wellbeing emails filled with useful and informative content.
