Does every plan really include everything?
Yes. We don’t lock features behind higher price points. Every subscriber gets the full platform — staff wellbeing hub, manager resources, CQC evidence tools, questionnaires, and all reports. Your plan price simply reflects how many staff members your practice has.
How does the onboarding call work?
Once you subscribe, we’ll be in touch to arrange a free onboarding call. We’ll walk you through the platform, help you add your staff, and make sure you know exactly how to get the most from your subscription from day one.
What is the minimum contract term?
All subscriptions are billed monthly on a 12-month minimum term. You can cancel at renewal with the appropriate notice period as set out in our terms.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices shown on this page are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%) will be added at checkout. If your practice is VAT registered, please check your VAT recovery position with your accountant.
Do you offer PCN or multi-practice pricing?
Yes. If you’re looking to roll Wellbeing de la vie out across a PCN or multiple sites, we offer bespoke pricing. Get in touch and we’ll put a proposal together for your network.
